Due to Hurricane Sandy, we had warehouses in Carlstadt, New Jersey that had sustained power outages. We were able to reestablish contact with them this week and are happy to report that all but one warehouse has had power restored. The remaining warehouse should be back to normal within the next couple of days.
We want you to know that we have been working tirelessly on timely processing your order, but due to these circumstances the shipping has been delayed on labels Fratello, Daniel Ellissa and Avanti Uomo.

Some of our warehouses are experiencing intermittent power outages but we are happy to report that they did not suffer any severe damage. We have been told that the power outages should be resolved by Monday. Also, UPS is having difficulty getting to the warehouse due to traffic and abandoned cars but this too will be resolved with time.
