I just submitted my order can I make a change or cancel?

Once you click Submit, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled. When you receive your order you may choose to return it under our posted return policy.

 

What is an "outlet" item? Why are there two identical items on the site with different prices? Why do some Product ID's have "CCO" at the end of them?

Any item that you see that says "outlet" or has "CCO" at the end of the Product ID is a special buy that is being passed along to you with savings of up to 70% off in some cases. These outlet items may be opened or have been tried on but are always new, unworn, and unaltered. The full price versions of these items ship directly from the manufacturer and have never been opened. The outlet items are available with limited selection and the special pricing is only available to the sizes shown on the website. 

 

Can anyone order from CCO?

Yes, you do not have to be a member to purchase our products.  We do however offer two memberships which are available for purchase which would entitle you to even more savings off our already low prices!   Orders may be placed for delivery to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska,Hawaii, and Canada.

 

Where do you ship from and when can I expect my order to be delivered?

Our products are shipped to you from various warehouses within the continental United States.  Our warehouses ship Monday through Friday (excluding CCO holidays).   If your order includes multiple products, your shipments might arrive separately or on different days.  Please click on the Shipping tab on the bottom of our website page for detailed information on shipment processing, transit times, rates, and expedited shipping options available.  

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Processing Update email once your order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed for shipping.  You will then be sent an email the next business day which contains the tracking number for the shipping label or labels that were created for your order.  Please allow 24 - 48 hours from receipt of this email for your shipment to show in "In Transit".  You may track the shipment progress on ups.com or usps.com once your package is scanned in transit.

 

Why is tracking information not available for my package?

On occasion, the first scan of a package does not take place until it arrives at the regional hub or is out for delivery. Until this first scan occurs, the package does not show in transit. This occurs more often during high volume and peak shipping periods during holiday seasons.  

 

What happens if something I ordered is not available?

Although we make every effort to keep our website current, occasionally an item goes out of stock before it can be removed from the site's inventory.  In the event that we receive notification from the warehouse that an item ordered is unavailable, we will remove the item from your order, ship the balance of the order, and email you notification of the unshipped item.  A refund will be issued for any item that is unable to be shipped.

 

My box shows as delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?

If you did not receive your package CCO Menswear can open an investigation with UPS, USPS or Fedex on your behalf. Keep in mind investigations take up to 8 business days and we will require a phone number so they may contact you directly. Once the loss claim is approved we will either reship or refund you for the lost package. UPS, USPS and Fedex will not approve claims on packages delivered as requested where an address was entered in error. Please double check all inputed information prior to submitting your order. 

 

How can I get the CCO Club price I see on the website?

Our Executive Club members get the best deal going in menswear: 10% off of everything they purchase, including sale items and closeouts. You can purchase a CCO club membership on our site. Club membership is renewable annually. You can purchase an Executive Club Membership by clicking HERE.

 

Do you sell wholesale? I have a store and I want to purchase a lot of suits.

We do not sell wholesale. However, you may be interested in our Wholesale Club, which you can purchase on our site. The Wholesale Club membership allows you to save 30% off of everything on our site, including sale items and closeouts, for one year. A business license is not required to purchase a Wholesale Club membership, and memberships are renewable annually.  No minimums are required.  Buy as much as you want, when you want: whether it is 2 pieces or 200 pieces. Can you assist with wedding or group orders?  

CCO specializes in outfitting groups of any size. We would be more than happy to help you with your selection for your wedding, theatre production, church group, or special event. Please leave a ticket using the "Contact Us" button on the site for help with group orders.

 

Can I order over the phone?

Our telephone customer service agents are available Mon-Fri from 8am to 2:30pm MST. They will take your call-back information and give it to one of our sales specialists that will call you back at their earliest convenience within 24 hours of the call. To provide the best and fastest service possible we encourage our customers to order online and use our new Bolt Pay system for secure credit card orders on our website. We also accept Paypal and Afterpay orders via the website.

 

What are your Hours of Operation?

You can order 24 hours a day 7 days a week through our secure website. If you require phone support our customer service agents will forward your call or message to the correct person. Phone messages are returned within 24hrs. For the fastest service possible we suggest you open a ticket by clicking the Contact Us tab on our website, this is the best way to handle your questions, order requests, or technical issues. 

 

What is your Holiday Schedule?

We are closed for the following holidays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. 

 

Where is your retail store located?

We do not have a retail store. All of our products are sold through our website. Our corporate headquarters are located at 15057 E. Colfax Ave Unit E in Aurora, Colorado, 80011. We encourage you to order through our secure website anytime 24/7 at www.ccomenswear.com

 

Can you send me a catalog? 

We do not issue a print catalog. Everything that we sell is on our site, with current and up-to-date inventory. No print catalogs means we can pass even more savings on to our customers, and be friendly to the earth as well.

 

What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept personal checks?  Can I pay by Money Order?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, namely American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa, for orders placed online or over the phone. We also accept PayPal and Afterpay for orders placed online. You may also check out with PayPal and then choose Bill Me Later, a PayPal service that gives you more time to pay. The newest addition to checkout is the after-pay option. This option allows you to spread your payment over 2 months, with each payment being 1/4 of the total presented at checkout. The payments will be paid every 2 weeks. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Any written correspondence should be sent to the address below.

What happens if I refuse the package when it is delivered or the package gets returned to sender?

A package is returned to sender if delivery cannot be completed or if delivery is refused. Once we receive the item back in our Returns Department. We will process a refund MINUS a $15 return fee. For example, if you purchased a $100 item and the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund of $85. Shipping is a service and cannot be refunded once delivery has been attempted. For Canada, Hawaii and Alaska return to sender charges will be adjusted to reflect the true cost of shipping back to us.

What do you mean by “6 inch drop”? 

All of our suits have a 6 inch drop unless otherwise stated in the description. This means that the waist measurement is 6 inches smaller than the jacket measurement. For example a size 46 suit  would come with a size 46 suit coat jacket and pants with a size 40 waist. A 6 inch drop is considered industry standard. Keep in mind most suits require some sort of alterations. Needing to alter the waist size on the suit pants is very common. There is usually enough fabric in the pants for a tailor to let them out at least 2 inches. Most pants can be taken in up to 4 inches without hindering the look of the pants.

 

I wear a size 50 jacket, but I need a 42 waist pant.   Are you able to change the pants size on a suit or sell the suit coat jackets and suit pants separately?  

We are not able to break up the suit sets to change the pants size, nor can we sell the suit coat jacket and suit pants separately. A size 50 suit will come with a size 50 suit coat jacket and size 44 waist pants since our suits, unless otherwise indicated in the description, are sold with a 6 inch drop.   This 6 inch drop is considered average and industry standard.  However, since not everyone fits into this mold, alterations may be needed and are common to ensure a proper fit.  In most cases pants can be taken in up to 4 inches and let out up to 2 inches.

 

I wear a size 42, but I don’t know whether to get a 42S, 42R or 42L. What’s the difference? 

S (Short), R (Regular), and L (Long) sizes indicate slight differences in the length of the jacket sleeves and overall proportion and length. Generally speaking, gentlemen up to 5’7” tall should wear S (Short), 5’8”-5’11” should wear R (Regular), and L (Long) would best fit gentlemen over 6’ tall, up to about 6’6”.

 

Do you carry Extra Long suits? 

Yes, we now carry select suits, designated by “Extra Long” in the product name and found in our Big and Tall section on our website, in XL (Extra Long) length.  These suits are proportioned, in both suit coat jacket and sleeve length,  to fit gentlemen over 6’6” tall.

 

 How long is a zoot suit? What do you mean by “fashion length”?  

Standard / Executive suit coat length is 32 inches. Slim / Nehru length is 31.5 inches for the suit coat jacket.   Fashion length can be longer and are typically 33-36 inches (this can vary, please refer to product descriptions for exact specs). Urban / Zoot length is 36-38 inches and Maxi is 39+. This measurement is from the bottom of the collar in the back of the jacket to the bottom of the jacket.    NOTE:  These measurements are for Regular (R) suits.  Short (S) suits: subtract up to 1.5 inches.  Long (L) suits: add up to 1.5 inches.  Extra Long (XL) suits: add up to 2 inches.

 

What makes a Slim Suit different from a Standard / Executive Suit ?

Slim Fit or Slim Cut suits are designed for a modern trim look and fit.  Slim suits will have a slightly shorter (slim length) suit coat jacket with a narrower lapel with the jacket tailored in a trimmer cut through the middle for a slimmer fit through the torso.  Slim suits will come with slightly tapered flat front pants with a narrower leg opening at the pants bottom.  This style is especially flattering on men with a slim build.

 

Do you sell Big and Tall menswear?

We offer a huge selection of products considered Big & Tall. To find our big and tall items, simply shop any category you are interested in and use the "Shop by Size" function on the left hand side.  

 

What does “Wool Feel” mean?

Wool Feel describes a fabric that is made of a poly/rayon blend of fibers that feels very much like wool but is a lighter weight, making it more appropriate for all-season wear.

 

What is Poplin?

Poplin is a finish added to fabric to make it more airy, light and wrinkle resistant.  Polyester, due to it being both an economical and durable material, is the most common fabric to which a poplin finish is added .  

 

What is Microfiber?

Microfiber is a finish added to synthetic polyester clothing fabric to give the product a very ultrasoft feel. 

 

I lost a button on my suit. Do you sell button packs?

A button pack is included inside the breast pocket of every suit we sell.  Buttons are not available or sold separately.

 

How long are the pants on your suits? Why don’t I see an inseam measurement?

Unless otherwise stated in the description, all our suit pants are unhemmed. You will need to take them to a tailor to have them hemmed prior to wearing them. This ensures a personalized fit. The unhemmed length of the pants varies by product and manufacturer but generally is about 38-39 inches and up.

 

How wide are wide leg pants?

Wide Leg Pants range from 20-22 inches at the bottom (10-11 inches laid flat). Unless noted in the description the standard wide leg is 22 inches with the newer modern wide leg being less. All items that come with wide leg pants will be stated so in the product description.

 

What size neck is a Small shirt? I wear a size 17 shirt, is that Small, Medium or Large?

Shirt sizes are as follows:

 

S     =  14-14.5

 

M    =  15-15.5

 

L     =  16-16.5

 

XL   =  17-17.5

 

2X   =   18-18.5

 

3X   =   19-19.5

 

4X   =   20-20.5

 

5X   =   21-21.5

6X   =   22-22.5

 

How can I get the shirt and tie I see pictured with a suit I see on the website?  

The manufacturers provide us with the suit pictures and use their own shirt, tie and hanky sets in those pictures. Therefore, those specific shirts, ties and hankies are not made available to us.  They are used for display purposes only.  We do however have a large selection available for purchase of stylish shirts, shirt sets, and ties to complement your suit.

 

Are your shoes available in wide or narrow sizes?

All the shoes we carry are available in men's Standard (D) width.
