CCO Return Policy
CCO Menswear has just made its returns process even easier!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn, unaltered and tagged clothing within 60 days from the original date of purchase for a store credit or refund.
To start your return and get a return label, click "Start Return" below. The return label fee is $9.99. The fee will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
If you choose to return your item without going through our returns portal, you must include: order number, name, return instructions (store credit or refund). We are unable to process a return without this information.

CCO Menswear is not responsible for any returns sent to any other address or items damaged or lost in the returns process.
We do not offer a traditional exchange. If you require a replacement item that is time sensitive we recommend you order the replacement item before the store credit or refund is processed to save time.
You will receive an email when your return is successfully delivered and another when your store credit or refund is processed. Store credits are typically issued within 48hrs of return delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date your return is delivered to our facility. Store credits and refunds will not include outbound shipping costs, shipping is a service and is non-refundable once your order has been delivered to you.
Returned items on orders in which a store credit was used will be refunded in the form of store credit first. Returned items paid for entirely via store credit can only be refunded in the form of store credit.
For cases where an incorrect item was received, we require a photo of the label on the item.
For cases where a damaged item was received, we require a photo of the damage on the item.
We will accept claims for non-receipt, damaged or incorrect items for up to 30 days from original date of purchase.
CCO Menswear reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee on any items not returned in a sellable condition. This includes but is not limited to shirts that have been unpinned; items that have had tags removed; items no longer in their original packaging and items returned without hangers when applicable.
A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on any return exceeding $500.
If a restocking fee is assessed it will be deducted from your refund or store credit when your return is processed.
Any refused package will be subject to a separate $15 fee.
