CCO Return Policy

CCO Menswear has just made its returns process even easier!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and unaltered clothing within 60 days from the original date of purchase for a refund of the cost of the item.

To start your return, simply fill out the returns form linked here so our warehouse is prepared to accept your return. You may return the item using a method of your choice. CCO Menswear no longer sells return labels.

CCO Menswear does not do exchanges. You will receive an email when your store credit or refund is processed and you can use the refund or store credit to order a replacement item. If the replacement item is time sensitive we recommend you order the replacement item before the refund is processed. Returned items on orders were store credit was used will be refunded in the form of store credit first. Returned items paid for entirely via store credit can only be refunded in the form of store credit.

For cases where an incorrect item was sent, CCO Menswear will request a photo of the tag on the item to confirm that the item is incorrect and then either send a replacement item or provide store credit or a refund on the item. CCO Menswear will accept claims on damaged or incorrect items up to 30 days after the original date of purchase.

CCO Menswear will not send out return labels for any items that are marked as clearance.
