Ground orders are typically shipped within 24hrs of your order date. UPS does not guarantee transit times for ground shipments. Most boxes are received in one week or less.

AIR orders placed by 11 AM ET are usually shipped same day. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. (During busy seasons, orders can take an additional 24hrs to ship). 2 DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT shipping times represent in transit time only and do not include CCO’s processing time. AIR transit times are not guaranteed by UPS or CCO, all efforts will be made to get your AIR shipment delivered to you as quickly as possible. 2 DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT orders are delivered by UPS on weekdays only.

Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday or the following business day.

We do not refund shipping fees. Shipping is a service. Once shipping is complete, those fees are non-refundable.

Please note:

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. It is your responsibility to be available to receive your shipment or make arrangements at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel, it's important to contact us immediately. We will do our best to make the change or cancel the order. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

When you receive your order you may choose to return it under our posted return policy.

Where can I ship my order?

Orders can be shipped anywhere within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/AE/FPO and PO boxes.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times are not guaranteed and can be delayed due to weather, holiday volume or other carrier issues.

Most orders in the continental US will be delivered within one week or less via Ground service.

Most orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will be delivered up to 7 business days or less.

APO/AE/FPO orders can take 7-10 business days and will only ship via USPS.

Can I get my order faster?

For orders shipping to the continental US, we offer upgraded shipping to UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2 Day Air for an additional fee. We do not offer Next Day shipping.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/AE/FPO or PO boxes, we offer UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information with convenient tracking links will be emailed when your order ships. Our products ship from various warehouses within the continental United States. Your order might ship in multiple boxes and arrive on different days.
