CCO SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time are processed for shipping the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Business Days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We do not offer a weekend delivery option with UPS.
PLEASE NOTE:Our products ship from various warehouses within the continental United States. If your order includes multiple products, your shipments might arrive separately or on different days. We will not refund shipping fees due to missed deadlines by UPS in cases of inclement weather. In any other case of a missed deadline, shipping refunds will be prorated based on the actual delivery date. (this applies to air shipments only, Ground transit times are not guaranteed)
Our shipping costs are now calculated directly from total weight of the shipments. CCO Menswear does not charge extra for orders that will include multiple packages. When you check out, you will be able to see exactly how much you are being charged for shipping.
As a promotional sale, CCO Menswear will often offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount. This free shipping will always be delivered by UPS Ground or USPS and follows the same rules as our ground shipping.

Shipping Options for Canada & APO/AE/FPO addresses
- Canada - UPS Standard (5-7 BUSINESS Days)
- APO/AE/FPO - USPS Priority (7-10 BUSINESS Days)
Canadian Orders: We ship to Canada via UPS Standard Service. Please note: UPS will charge a brokerage fee when the package arrives. This fee is in addition to the normal customs fee. UPS will not deliver without payment of this brokerage fee. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Ground packages are sent via UPS and USPS Priority. We will send the package by the fastest method available.
We are unable to process shipments with a signature required for delivery. However, if you wish, you may arrange to have your package held for pickup at your local UPS facility by contacting UPS (1-800-742-5877) directly with your request.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PO BOX ORDERS. All orders with PO Box delivery addresses will be shipped USPS Priority. Please select the GROUND option on the checkout page. If you select an AIR option (ND, 2 day, 3 day), your order will be delayed. We MUST have a street address in order to ship via AIR service. If you select AIR shipping with a PO Box ship to address we will contact you via phone and email for a street address. If we do not receive a timely response your order may be canceled. PO Box orders share the same 4-6 BUSINESS Day transit time as Ground shipments.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a Shipment Processing Update email once your order has been submitted to our warehouse to be processed for shipping. You will then be sent an email the next business day which contains the tracking number for the shipping label or labels that were created for your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours from receipt of this email for your shipment to show in "In Transit". You may track the shipment progress via ups.com or usps.com. If you are a registered user on our website you can track your order online by accessing the Order Status/History page. For assistance with your shipping questions, please submit a customer service ticket using the website.
Why is tracking information not available for my package?
On occasion, the first package scan does not take place until it arrives at the regional hub or is out for delivery. Until this first scan occurs, the package does not show in transit. This occurs more often during high volume and peak shipping periods during holiday seasons.
What happens if I refuse the package when it is delivered or the package gets returned to sender?
A package is returned to sender if delivery cannot be completed or if delivery is refused. Once the package is received back we will process a refund MINUS a $15 return label fee. For example, if you purchased a $100 item and the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund of $85. Shipping is a service and cannot be refunded once delivery has been attempted.
