RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from CCOMenswear.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRICING POLICY Except where noted otherwise, the Regular Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The Regular Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the Regular Price may represent "open-stock" prices, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Website prices always supersede print catalog prices. We also protect you against our own products going on sale! If we put an item you have purchased on sale within 14 days of when you ordered it, we will give you store credit for the difference. You must contact us for this to happen...it is not an automatic process! Contact must be made while the item is on sale. The store credit is good for 30 days and cannot be used with any other promotion including CCO Club and Wholesale Club. If the item is returned, we will only refund the matched price. For example, if a customer purchases an item for $80, and the item goes on sale for $60. We will issue a store credit for $20. If the item is then returned, we will refund the credit card $60.

However, CCOMenswear.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by CCOMenswear.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

APPLICABLE LAW By visiting CCOMenswear.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and CCOMenswear.com or its suppliers.
DISPUTES Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to CCOMenswear.com or to products you purchase through CCOMenswear.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Aurora,Colorado except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate CCOMenswear.com's intellectual property rights, CCOMenswear.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Colorado, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
RETURN POLICY Returns/Exchange Policy At CCO Menswear, we have the most generous return policies around. We believe that outstanding customer service doesn't end with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase. We will only accept exchanges or returns on unworn/unaltered clothing unless the exchange/return is due to a manufacturer defect. Please note: Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. All original tags must be intact. Dress shirts must in original packaging. We will not accept a return on an unpinned dress shirt. In order to return a hat, please contact customer service at 1-888-688-7848 or by email. Worn hats cannot be returned. Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. You can contact us either by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-888-688-7848. When you contact customer service, you will be issued an RMA number. In order to process your credit, this number needs to be written on the return box. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns or exchanges sent to any address other than the address listed above will be charged a service fee of $15.
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Exchange/Returns Process
Please contact Customer Service for detailed instructions on how to return/exchange an item. Our email address is [email protected]. We will issue you an authorized RMA number. In order to issue your credit, this number must be written on the return box. Please note: Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item. No refund will be issued on defective merchandise. These policies also govern your visit to CCOMenswear.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
