$15 Return Label
Once you add the label to your cart and complete your transaction, your return label will be processed within 48 hours. Check your email and your spam folder. Return labels come directly from UPS. We strongly recommend that you save a copy of the tracking number, so you can track your package.
You can drop off the box at any UPS drop off location, or you can call UPS at 800-742-5877 to schedule a pick up.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the items. You will receive an email when we receive the item.
At CCO Menswear, we have one of the most generous return policies around. We believe that outstanding customer service doesn't end with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
We will only accept returns on tagged, unworn and unaltered clothing. Shirts must be pinned and in the original packaging. Hats and Shoes must be unworn. Suits must be on hangers. We will not process a refund or store credit if items are sent back to us in anything other than new condition with original tags attached. We are happy to process your return as either a refund or store credit.
Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Damages and defects must be claimed within 10 days of receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item. If a replacement for a damaged or defective item is not available, store credit will be issued. No refunds will be given on damaged or defective merchandise.
Return your purchase in a few simple steps. Simply place the label you purchased on the outside of the box and ensure that you have completed the Returns form on the website.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your return box is received for processing.
You are responsible for returning the items to us. This includes return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We will not be responsible for returns sent to any address other than the address listed above.
We recommend that you return items with a method that includes a tracking number. This will protect you in the case of a lost package. If a return package is lost, you are responsible for working with the shipping company. CCO Menswear will not be held responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged by the shipping company.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only.
What happens if I refuse the package when it is delivered or the package gets returned to sender by UPS?
When a package is returned to sender if UPS cannot complete delivery or if delivery is refused, we receive the item back in our Returns Department. We will process a refund MINUS a $15 return label fee. For example, if you purchased a $100 item and the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund of $85. Shipping is a service and cannot be refunded.
