What are your Shipping Rates?
Your shipping options are as follows:
- Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day by 7pm)
- 2 Day Air
- 3 Day Select
- Ground (5-7 Business Days)
Orders placed on our site Monday through Thursday before 3:00 p.m.Eastern Standard Time are processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Orders requiring NEXT DAY SHIPPING must be received by 1pm Eastern Time in order to be processed on the same day. Next Day orders received AFTER 1pm Eastern time will be shipped on the next business day. Most items ship same day. However a few items require additional processing time. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Charges are calculated on the subtotal of your order prior to the addition of sales tax and on the type of shipping option you request.
On average, you will be charged a flat rate for shipping. Additionally, CCO Menswear dba Clothing Connection Online never charges a handling fee to process your order or has you pay for shipping materials. When you check out, you will be able to see exactly how much you are being charged for your shipment. See below for sample shipping charges.

| How do I track my order? |
| You must be a registered user to track your order online. You can track your order online by accessing the Order Status/History page. You can also check the status of your order by emailing us at customerservice@clothingconnectiononline.com for assistance. Please have your Order Confirmation Number available. Or you can track by using the assigned courier's internet address and tracking number in you shipping confirmation e-mail. (ex. http://fedex.com, http://airborneexpress.com, or http://ups.com) |

| Returns/Exchange Policy |
At CCO Menswear, we have the most generous return policies around. We believe that outstanding customer service doesn't end with your purchase. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the original date of purchase. We will only accept exchanges or returns on unworn/unaltered clothing unless the exchange/return is due to a manufacturer defect. Please note: Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. All original tags must be intact. Dress shirts must in in original packaging. We will not accept a return on an unpinned dress shirt. In order to return a hat, please contact customer service at 1-888-688-7848 or by email. Worn hats cannot be returned. Any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original credit card only. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. You can contact us either by email at customerservice@clothingconnectiononline.com or by phone at 1-888-688-7848. When you contact customer service, you will be issued an RMA number. In order to process your credit, this number needs to be written on the return box. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How do I exchange or return an item? |
| Please contact Customer Service for detailed instructions on how to return/exchange an item. Our email address is customerservice@clothingconnectiononline.com. We will issue you an authorized RMA number. In order to issue your credit, this number must be written on the return box. Please note: Defective merchandise can only be exchanged for the same item. No refund will be issued on defective merchandise. |
